There are different types of fees you may see on the checkout page depending on the country you reside in.

Marketplace fee and Camlist protection fee:

Our goal is to provide you with a safe and secure buying experience. To be able to do that, we charge a small fee to all our buyers to help us offer safety and peace of mind.

This fee is for any payment that happens on Camlist. We protect all our buyers through our Buyer Protection Program.

Any payment buyers make on Camlist is NOT released to the seller's bank account until the buyer confirms receiving their pet.

This small fee helps us build Camlist and improve it for you and all our customers. It helps us build the safest and most convenient way to rehome a pet.

Remember that you get a lot of freebies and offers when you make a payment on Camlist. Such as FREE pet food, vet services, cashback on all pet-related purchases, and paying in installments with 0% interest*

This fee varies depending on the country the buyer resides in.

Transaction fees:

An additional small fee is charged to facilitate any transaction on Camlist.

This fee varies depending on the country the buyer resides in.

Financing fee:

This fee is applicable to UAE πŸ‡¦πŸ‡ͺ customers only.

If buyers choose to get financing (payment by installments), an additional fee will be charged during payment to cover the administrative cost of providing financing.

NOTE:

You may have the option to select a 1 year VIP pet parent package at checkout. Based on your country, this may automatically apply reduced fees as per running promotions at the time of checkout. You can opt in or out of this package as per your preference. This 1 year VIP pet parent package is non-refundable and there is no need for cancellation of this package as it automatically expires at the end of the year, and does not renew.

*Disclaimer: Interest rate depends on selected payment option during check out and is lender specific. 0% is not available for all payment methods nor all countries.
