The balance screen shows you all the payments you received on Camlist, as well as their current status. This article will explain every section on the screen.
The following are the three sections in your Balance screen:
Important note: You don't need to do anything to start receiving payments on Camlist, you can start sending payment requests to buyers you're chatting with right away. However, in order to transfer a payment you receive on Camlist to your bank account, you will need to add your bank details and request a bank transfer.
Where to go when you want to check your balance?
To access your balance screen all you have to do is tap on the "Balance" icon on your profile screen.
Pending balance:
Any payment your receive on Camlist will instantly reflect in the "Pending balance" section of your balance screen.
This basically means that the balance is pending successful delivery confirmation from you and your buyer.
All payments on Camlist are protected by the Buyer Protection Program which requires the buyer to confirm they received the pet by tapping the "Confirm Delivery" button prior to you being able to transfer the payment to your bank account.
Available balance:
Any amount in your "Available balance" is available for transfer to your bank account.
For payments to move from "Pending balance" to "Available balance", the delivery confirmation needs to be completed successfully.
You have to ensure that you and the buyer tap on "Confirm delivery" in your chat and both of you attach a photo of the buyer holding the pet as proof that the buyer has received the pet.
The moderators will review the confirmation photos and if it is done as per the guidelines, your pending balance is approved to be moved into the "Available balance"
Once the delivery has been confirmed correctly, your pending balance is approved to be moved into the "Available balance".
At this point, you should be able to "Request bank transfer" by tapping on the button. In case the button is disabled even though you have an available balance, it could mean that you have not setup your bank details or your amount does not exceed the minimum transfer limit in your country.
In order to add or manage your bank details, tap on the button above the "Available balance" section that says "Manage bank details" and enter your bank details.
Once you request a bank transfer, your transfer request gets initiated and the amount moves to "Transferred balance".
Transferred balance:
Once an amount reflects in the "Transferred balance" screen, it indicates that a request for transfer has been initiated to you. The bank transfer will be done as per the guidelines mentioned in the "Requesting a bank transfer" article. Please note that bank transfers take 1 working day to be processed from our end.
This section will also store the history of all your past transferred balances.
